Community Ownership: 51% community owned, 49% worker owned
Who Can Join: Irish nationals who support the cooperative model
Decision Making: Democratic - all members have equal voice and vote
No Large Shareholders: Every member has equal ownership - no one more important than another
💰 Financial Model
Member Investment Examples:
• Option 1: €200 upfront + €8 monthly
• Option 2: €100 upfront + €8 monthly
Profit Use: Reinvested in local community projects and new daughter companies
Member Benefits: Discounts, free products, education access, creative spaces, business start up fund, job opportunities and boosting your local economy
